Rental Conditions

Drivers must be over 21 years of age and must be on a full licence.

Overseas drivers must either have an international license or an english-translated license.

Insurance Conditions

Vehicles are insured subject to the terms of the agreement and are subject to the following excesses.

Cars
Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $750.00 applies. This amount can be reduced to $250.00 by paying an additional $15.00 per day.

Drivers over 21 years but under 25 years, an excess of $2000.00 applies. This can be reduced to $1250.00 by paying an additional $15.00 per day.

An additional excess of $2000.00 applies for damage sustained as a result of driving on unsealed roads, or in the event of a single vehicle accident.

Commercials
Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $1500.00 applies. This amount can be reduced to $750.00 by paying an additional $15.00 per day.

Drivers over 21 by under 25 years, an excess of $2000.00 applies. This amount can be reduced to $1000.00 by paying an additional $15.00 per day.

Security Bond

A security bond of $350.00 is required upon hiring of vehicle (refundable). This is to ensure the vehicle is returned in good, clean condition (windscreen, tyres, etc) and with a full tank of fuel.
